The project involves the delivery, installation and commissioning of 6 new 1200 kW capacity Aquatherm AY Serie Gas fired Boilers that required the staged removal of existing four (2x2500kW & 2x1200kW) gas fired boilers including flue modifications, mechanical & electrical control modification along with new VSDs and pumps. It also included the delivery, installation and commissioning of 2 new water cooled York Chiller units &  two new cooling towers including ancillary components as part of the central cooling plant at Sky City’s Main Site Casino commissioned with BACnet interface and included the replacement and upgradation of primary chilled water pumps, installation of new condenser water circuit and installation of a new water treatment system. This was a challenging projects with many stakeholder interest to be considered where careful scheduling was critical to ensure Sky-City’s business operations are not disrupted. The project was successfully completed within budget and on time.
