This project involved the construction and handover or 13 units if apartments designed on 3 building blocks where one block is freestanding, while the other 2 linked internally through a common stairwell. The project required deep piling for the foundation and care was needed to ensure minimum disturbance to the residential neighbourhood. Close coordination with Geotech engineers and vibration monitoring were critical during the works. Mid-floor slabs were on trey-dec with cantilevered balconies. Ecolink Projects provided both construction management and contract management services to the client for this development.
