Ecolink Projects provided Engineer to Contract Services overseeing the contracts management of 17 dwellings on a community development for Kainga Ora. We ensured that the project remained on budget, scope and time. Change Management was carefully managed through iterations with Kainga Ora to meet special requirements through the construction phase. The NZS3910:2013 Form of Contract was customised to suit the contract model discussed and agreed with the client.
