The greenfield subdivision project involved the 11 Hectares section where a resource consent to undertake a subdivision to create seventeen lots for development with dwellings, four common access lots and three lots to provide area for wastewater disposal plus associated earthworks has been secured. Ecolink provided design and construction management services for the design and laying of services that involved the upgrade of Vector transformer and thrusting a new main cable to the parent site boundary via a LP pillar and providing connections to all the 19 lot boundaries.
