This development involves the amalgamation of 2 lots and creation of 6 new lots under a subdivision consent. A total of 6 townhouses were built along with common driveway. The infra-structure required an upgrade to various services to support another development planned under Phase 2 that included the development of commercial shop-lots and 2 level apartment buildings. The contract was managed with the building contractors on a cost reimbursable basis while civil and drainage works were managed under fixed sum contracts.
