This development involves 2 apartment and retail building blocks that includes 3 shop-lots and 6 number of 2 storey apartments, with 2 internal garage and 7 carparks and driveway. Ecolink provided Engineer to the Contract Services, working along with the bank PQS and managed the contract under NZS3910:2013. We also provided construction management services managed the Principal nominated subcontractors on work packages involving HVAC Mechanical, Fire Alarm Systems, and Shop Front Fitout. We completed handover after engaging with design consultants and advised Auckland Council to confirm performance standards of specified systems to secure compliance schedule statement and Code Compliance Certificate for the project.
