The project involved the subdivision of parent site into 4 new lots with a JOAL and construction of 4 new 2 storey standalone dwellings. Ecolink provided construction phase project management services managing the subdivision and construction contract, certifying claims for loan drawdown through to completion and assisting in the final sign-off and securing CCC, 224c, and titles.
