Ecolink was engaged to provide construction phase project management services for the subdivision scope involving the creation of four new lots and one JOAL on the parent site, in accordance with approved Resource Consent. Scope included management of engineering conditions (drainage, right of way, vehicle crossing etc.) compliance, geotechnical compliance, survey conditions (LT drafts, easements, and legal plans), certification and inspection conditions, 223c and 224c, consent Notice conditions and registration, etc.
