Ecolink Projects provided full construction stage project management for this 4 lot subdivision and construction of 4 new standalone dwelling and helped secure S224C and titles for the development.  The contract for the building was based on fixed sum while the civil works were directly engaged by the client with Ecolink providing the construction and contract management services.
