All projects are unique and need a personalized plan. PMBOK and PRINCE2 do not offer a one-size-fits-all formula. Our structured approach to project management draws inspiration from both methodologies. Our management philosophy is to apply what’s best for the project by tailoring a system to suit the project culture. The Project Environment looks at areas such as projects in a programme, alignment with other lifecycle models and bodies of knowledge. But like the best partnerships, it is the differences that make them unbeatable in project management. Two project management approaches are better than one.
